Israel Post together with Golan Telecom will offer a cheap cellular package

Israel Post, together with Golan Telecom, will offer a cheap cellular package starting next week at a price of NIS 16 per month. The package will be sold at the post offices under the "Post Mobile" brand, when the contract will be made with Golan Telecom.
The program includes 11 GB of surfing, 3,000 minutes of talk in Israel, 3,000 text messages, and 60 minutes of talk from Israel to abroad, with no time limit. The program is offered in about 90 selected branches of the postal company across the country, after Golan won a tender conducted by The post office, in which other cellular companies participated.
 Customers of all the companies that come to the post offices will be able to purchase the cellular package, after confirming their details in the system and receiving a SIM at a one-time price of NIS 19 at the post offices. A representative of Golan Telecom will then contact them by phone and close the deal, including moving and operating the line. Payment and contracting will be made with Golan Telecom.
