Dor Alon is entering the field of food production: Acquires Kafu Zaan

The Dor Alon fuel and food retail company controlled by Moti Ben Moshe is entering the field of food production for the first time. The company acquires 75% of the shares of Kafu Zaan for NIS 120-130 million.
Kapua Zaan operates from Petah Tikva and is owned by the founder Rami Shemesh (60%) and Viniv Kush, the CEO (40%). Shemesh sells all of his shares in the transaction and Shemesh owns about 15% of the shares. Kosh will remain with 25% of the shares and will manage the company for the next ten years.
Frozen Zan Food Industries is one of the oldest manufacturers in the field of frozen and chilled food. It produces chips and frozen vegetables and is also the distributor of the used vegan food brand and provides collection, storage and distribution services in the food sector. Frozen Zen's turnover is 600 million shekels per year.
