agreed: terms of employment of kindergartens teachers this July

The Histadrut and the Local Government Center reached agreements tonight that regulate the terms of employment of kindergartens in the local authorities this July, and until 6 August. According to the agreement, aid will be employed in July at the expense of the days spent on vacation during the Corona closure. From mid-March to early May, the assistants stayed in the pavilion and received full wages. For this period, the assistance will be employed in July and will receive grants.
Any aid you work in July will receive a special payment of NIS 100 per day. In kindergartens with at least 28 children, with three assistants employed, the leading assistance will receive NIS 100 per day and the additional assistance will receive NIS 75 per day. The balance of vacation days for assistants working in July-August will be credited against work in July and August.
Assistants who agree to work during the five working days in August (August 2-6) will receive an additional NIS 37 per working hour. In addition, the negative vacation days accruing to their duty during the Corona months will be erased.
The agreement was signed by Histadrut Arnon Bar-David, Chairman of the Ma'ale Histadrut, Adv. Gil Bar-Tal, Chairman of the Haim Bibs Local Government Center, Head of Wage Administration and Labor Agreements at the Hagit Magen Local Government Center and Head of the Education Division In the Histadrut of the Attorney General Ruth Levy.
Histadrut Chairman Arnon Bar-David said: "We have reached a good and responsible agreement on aid, which will allow the economy, parents and children to continue to step forward and recover after the Corona crisis. I applaud that, thanks to joint efforts of the Maof Federation, the National Aid Forum and the heads of the Local Government Center, we have reached a proper and fair agreement for all parties. "
Chairman of the Local Government Center Haim Bibs: "The agreement was signed with the aim of allowing as regular and complete activity as possible for the operation of the school of great freedom by the local authorities for the benefit of parents and their children and the economy in general. Local authorities will provide special grants with the recognition and appreciation of the importance of their educational work. "
