Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hapoalim Bank Oded Eran resigned because o health problems

Three and a half years ago, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Poalim Bank Oded Eran, announced his resignation in light of his deteriorating health situation. Two weeks ago, Eran announced an unlimited vacation, but his health condition did not allow him to resign.
Among Eran's accomplishments was to end the investigation by the United States authorities against the bank and the issuance of Isracart. Eran replaced Yair Sarussi following a case in which the bank had to pay NIS 6 million to a worker, after claiming that she had been sexually harassed by Zion's former CEO Zion. The affair resulted in nearly all senior management at the big bank in Israel, when Eran replaced Yair Sarussi.
Kufik is expected to remain in office until founding a permanent replacement. Technology, corporate governance and stakeholders on the board.
