Today: duty to wear a mask at every exit to the public space
Posted on Apr 12, 2020 by Ifi Reporter - Dan Bielski
In accordance with the Ministry of Health's directive from Sunday, there is a duty to wear a mask at every exit to the public space. However, the police will not enforce the directive at this time, so no fines or reports will be given for not wearing a mask.
The ministry makes it clear that this requirement does not apply to children under the age of six, who have disabilities wearing a mask, traveling alone in a vehicle or with people living with them, a person who participates in a media broadcast or two employees sitting in the room regularly, provided that they are kept within 2 meters.
The installation joins the other restrictions imposed by the fight against the virus. At present, in all localities where most of their residents are Jewish, it is possible to leave up to 100 meters from the houses, except for essential cases: getting to work where permitted by law; Stocking food, medicines, essential products and receiving urgent services; Receiving medical service; blood donation; Legal proceedings; demonstration; Arriving at the Knesset; Care in welfare settings; Medical assistance to another person or assistance to a person with difficulty or distress; Prayer at an open place, funeral, wedding and covenant as well as a woman's departure for baptism; Transferring a minor to educational settings for children of essential workers and special frameworks. The public is asked to stay in homes, except within the targets set in the regulations.
