Bezeq enployees organization decided to open sanctions following the delay in negotiations to sign a new collective agreement on the entry of new owners to the company. The employees decided to stop all the company's work and plans on optical fiber deployment, which is one of the most important and essential issues For Bezeq these days, and especially for the new controlling shareholders, the Searchlight Foundation, and the employees have announced that they will not allow the preparation of the expected annual financial statements.
Bezeq employees are in a labor dispute with the company, following the entry of new controlling shareholders - the Searchlight Foundation. The workers allowed the transfer of control a few months ago even though in previous cases they had conditioned the transfer of control by signing an agreement with them. This time the employees feel that since the new owners have come in, they are taking procrastination and management is in no hurry to complete the negotiations to secure their rights.
Employees sent management a message that starting tomorrow, all repairs and jobs for customers would be discontinued. Service centers will continue to work as they should. At the same time, employees stop issuing invoices to customers, stop preparing the prospectus that the company is preparing for, and they also consider preventing the board from convening.
