After negotiations with the workers' committee, Mega employees were notified this morning that they could voluntarily retire and receive the full conditions as if they were fired.
"Employees who would like to terminate their work at the company will be allowed to terminate by severance agreement and receive a letter of dismissal, advance notice, account completion and release of funds as well as a long-standing grant." It is estimated that the company wants about 300 of the employees to retire, while on the part of the workers there are only a few dozen.
