Satisfaction of small business owners: Mizrahi Tefahot Bank is the leading bank

Mizrahi Tefahot Bank is the leading bank among the five largest banks in Israel in the satisfaction of small and self-employed business owners. Following in the ranking is the International Bank. The three largest banks, operating, Discount and National, close the list with lower satisfaction. This emerges from a survey conducted by the Bank of Israel's Supervisor of Banks with a view to examining the satisfaction of business owners with the quality of service they receive from their main bank.
The Bank of Israel notes that the overall picture that emerges from the survey indicates a reasonable level of satisfaction among business owners: 66% of business owners who answered the survey indicated that they were satisfied with the bank. The main reasons for the satisfaction are good service, personal attitude, telephone availability, convenient application and account management through the site. The main causes of dissatisfaction are fees, lack of personal attitude, inadequate service, availability and accessibility issues and telephone availability problem.
The survey found that 75% of Mizrahi Tefahot Bank's customers are satisfied. At the International Bank, 71% of customers are satisfied, followed by a significant 64% of Bank Hapoalim customers, 63% of Discount Bank customers and only 60% of Bank Leumi's business customers.
54% of respondents would recommend to a friend or family member to manage the business account at the bank where they manage their account. Here, too, Mizrahi Tefahot leads with 67%, followed by the international with 54%, Discount and Hapoalim with 52% and Bank Leumi with 49%.
80% of Mizrahi Tefahot customers are very satisfied with the branch service, 71% from international, 67% from Discount, 65% from Leumi and only 63% from the workers.
On the website, Bank Hapoalim and International lead with 88% satisfaction and discount with 87%. They are followed by National with 85% and Mizrahi Tefahot with 82%.
90% of international customers are satisfied with the app, 89% of Leumi and the workers, and 87% of Mizrahi Tefahot and the international.
