Posted on Dec 17, 2019 by Ifi Reporter - Dan Bielski

Minrav sells Minrav projects to the Nakash brothers and Israel Canada for NIS 550 million, which is a 5% premium on the market price that opened at NIS 524 million this morning.
"Israel Canada sees this acquisition as a significant potential for substantial expansion of the Electoral Initiative, a purchase that will create synergy with existing operations and add significant value to the Company," said Barak Rosen.
The Nakash brothers own Arkia while Israel Canada, controlled by Assi Tochmeyer and Barak Rosen, is active in residential real estate in the luxury housing market today. The acquisition puts them into residential real estate for additional population strata.
In May this year it was reported that the Nakash brothers and Israel Canada will buy America's home in Tel Aviv for NIS 165 million - Naksh will own about two-thirds of the building and Israel will own about one-third of the building and will rename it. Investmentsi
