Bezeq chairman Shlomo Rudev has been emloying for three years, a foreign worker without permits

Bezeq chairman Shlomo Rudev and his wife Merav have been emloying at their home in Savyon for three years, a foreign worker from the Philippines without permits. An indictment was filed by the Population and Immigration Authority to the Tel Aviv Regional Labor Court.
"The defendants accepted the foreign worker for work without the commissioner or the Interior Ministry employee permitting the employee's employment in any of the defendants," the indictment alleges. "The defendants have employed the employee for at least three years before the date of the review not being legally authorized."

"In their detailed acts," it is further alleged, "the defendants jointly committed the following offenses: the employment of an unlawful foreign worker, the employment of a foreign worker who was not permitted to work in Israel and the defendants, and an offense of employment without medical insurance in violation of foreign workers law." The indictment has not yet been answered.
