Melisron and Afi Properties today announced a contract with Electra Construction, which will provide Electra with main contractor services for the erection of two 40-story towers, including two commercial floors as well as six underground floors with a total area of ​​approximately 240,000 square meters. In the "Landmark TEL AVIV" project, near the Sharona complex in Tel Aviv, where they hold 50% each. The projected consideration for the execution of Electra works on the project (main contractor only) is estimated at NIS 715 million.
The project is located in the Sharona complex, at the intersection of Fourth and Leonardo da Vinci streets. It is adjacent to the residential project set up by the acquisition group known as United Sharona and whose construction is in the underground phase. Landmark is located on a 13-acre lot and includes two such 40-story, multi-use buildings. The ground floor and the first floor will have a total commercial use of 7,000 square meters.
The main uses of the project will be for offices, totaling 140,000 square meters. In each building, 50 apartments will be built, and a total of 100 apartments. The project will also include a six-storey underground car park, a sports club and a pool. The project will also include a school (arts school). Stage), and a public square.

The works are expected to begin in November 2019 and be completed in about 5 years. The project planner is architect Avner Straight. Electra, managed by Itamar Deutscher, operates in five major sectors - projects for buildings and infrastructure in Israel, projects for buildings and infrastructure abroad, service and maintenance, initiation, development and construction of real estate and franchising. The company trades at NIS 4.5 billion, following a 40% increase over the past year.
