The Municipality of Holon has approved permits for the Tama 38 project

The Municipality of Holon has approved the conditions for granting building permits for the Tama 38 project called "The Young People's Complex", in the Tel Giborim neighborhood of Holon. Five old buildings built in the late 1960s on Etzel Street will be renovated and strengthened.
These are four-story buildings on columns, with 80 existing apartments of an average size of about 50 square meters. As part of the renovation and reinforcement, some of the apartments will be expanded to sizes between 80-85 square meters. As part of the project, 59 new apartments will be added to the buildings, including 10 roof apartments and nine garden apartments.
