The cash turnover in Israel grew by 4 percent last year compared with the previous year and amounted to NIS 85 billion and NIS 900 million
This emerges from data published by the Bank of Israel's Currency Department. It also turns out that twenty-six percent of the daily expenditure of Israelis was paid in cash. Thirty-eight percent were paid with credit cards. The rest was paid in bank transfers and through payment applications.
