The Histadrut to "Ad 120": stop acting against workers who want to incorporate in unions

The Histadrut is asking the Regional Labor Court in Tel Aviv to instruct the management of the "Ad 120" sheltered housing network to immediately cease its extreme and severe conduct against the organization of its workers in the Histadrut. The Histadrut wants to charge it NIS 1.78 million.
300 employees of "Ad 120" joined the Histadrut about 20 days ago, and more than half of them have signed the registration forms. The most serious act taken by the "Ad 120" administration, according to the statement of claim, is deliberate sabotage of the forms of joining workers. According to evidence submitted by the Histadrut to the court, the "Ad 120" workers signed signatures of joining employees, which enabled the company to claim that the Histadrut submitted forms without signatures and therefore is not the representative organization. In addition, the management of "T-120" has instructed employees to send cancellation forms and to provide them with the email address to which the forms must be sent, all of which are extremely serious and prohibited by law, And the fundamental of the workers to unite.
In an application submitted by the Histadrut to the Regional Labor Court in Tel Aviv through Adv. Anat Gutman of the Legal Department of the Professional Union Division, the Tribunal was requested to determine that the actions of the "Ad 120" administration constitute a violation of the right to organize, To negotiate for good and good faith in order to arrange the terms of the employees in a collective agreement. In addition, in view of the severe violations that the management has taken regarding the right of its employees to organize, the Histadrut requested that the "T-120" be compensated with a total compensation of NIS 1,787,616.
At the same time, the members of the "Ad 120" workers' committee held a protest vigil early in the morning in front of the home of CEO Avi Kalpa in Givat Shmuel.
