DF Responds to Rocket Barrage from Southern Lebanon - Israeli Settlements Targeted

Reports emerged from Arab networks detailing an IDF response to a barrage of rockets launched from southern Lebanon towards settlements near Miron. The attack, occurring on the night between Saturday and Sunday, prompted alerts of rocket and missile fire in several areas, including Sapsofa, Marom Galil Regional Center, Miron, Bar Yohai, and Or Haganuz.

The municipality of Safed clarified that no alarm was activated in the city as there was deemed no immediate threat. The Marom Galil Regional Council confirmed rocket falls in open areas near Miron and Sepsofa, with interceptions reported. Al-Jazeera reported approximately 30 rockets fired from Southern Lebanon towards Marom HaGilil in the Upper Galilee. Hezbollah claimed responsibility for the attack, stating they utilized guided weapons and drones.

Earlier in the evening, IDF fighter jets targeted terrorist infrastructures belonging to Hezbollah in the Markaba and Sarabin areas of southern Lebanon. The attack resulted in at least 11 injuries and the demolition of a three-story building in Sarabin, according to reports from Lebanon.
