Tenable has officially announced the purchase of the Israeli cloud protection company Ermetic for $265 million, which includes $240 million in cash and $25 million in shares. The closing is expected in the fourth quarter of this year. The company will integrate Armatic's technology into its platform during which it will focus on cloud protection.
Armatic was founded in 2019 and has raised $97 million so far. It developed an information security system to protect cloud infrastructures.
