According to the lottery data "Discounted Apartment" published on Tuesday, just three days from the opening of registration for the lottery, 62,000 households have already registered. Ramat Gan is the most sought after city, Rosh HaAyin after that.
In the current lottery, 5,499 apartments are drawn in 25 localities, with Ramat Gan and Rosh HaAyin as mentioned at the summit and later Ashkelon, Netanya (Kiryat Nord) and Ashdod continue to lead in the table of requested cities, but the chances of winning them are about 2% -3% in total.

Want to have a better chance? Compared to the cities mentioned, the highest chances of winning are in localities like Araba and Kfar Bara with 64% and 66%, respectively. Registration for the raffle will close on July 17 at midnight, a distance of just under two weeks. Eligible to register are all the homeless who have a valid certificate of eligibility.
It should be noted that by the end of the year, about 15,000 housing units will be raffled off in additional lotteries. According to the plan, 35% of the apartments in the center of the country will be allocated to locals as part of target price tenders. In Priority Area B, the rate of housing units to be allocated to locals will increase to 40% of all dwellings, and National Priority Area A will remain at 50% of all marketing.
