First collective agreement signed in Electra-Magason. The Histadrut in the Ashdod area, the management of Electra Megason and the workers' committee signed the company's first collective agreement today (Thursday). According to the agreement, which will be valid for 4 years, employees will receive salary increases rated at an average rate of 11.6% during the agreement period, of which basic bonuses are guaranteed and rated at a rate of 7% during the agreement period.
In addition, the employees will receive a training fund from day one for core employees and a training fund starting from a one-year seniority for the other employees; Subsidizing meals on a daily budget for a total of NIS 40 for all employees; Annual election day at the expense of the employer; Budget to employee welfare; Welfare and advanced training through the Professional Encouragement Fund of the Manufacturing Industry; Shai is a member of family events; A commitment to upgrade the company's vehicles and a partial subsidy for the inclusion of a vehicle on behalf of the employer, as well as the preference of the company's employees in staffing internal jobs.
Electra Megason, whose offices are located in Yavne, provides security, monitoring and advanced fire detection and extinguishing systems to the private and public sectors throughout the country.

 Negotiations for the agreement were attended by Ashdod Regional Chairman Haim Shayev and his deputy Meir Ben-Gozi, secretaries of the regional trade union: Adv. Shimon Kadosh and Adv. Ron Buchnik, Histadrut Histadrut chairman Gabi Asraf, division manager Dr. Elroy Tzemach, Adv. Avi Menkes from the firm of Adv. Udi Shiloni, Electra Magasson CEO Shimon Abarbanel and Motti Fireman, VP of Human Resources at the group.
