According to the son of the former customer, a representative of the company gave him the new prices over the phone: "I called the partner and just now a representative told us that if we want to keep the email, we have to switch to a paid route: 1GB at a cost of NIS 9.9 per month, 5GB at a cost of NIS 19.9 per month and 15GB At a cost of 29.9 shekels per month.
