Tens of thousands of business owners and the self-employed will have to repay the grants they received during the Corona crisis even though they were not entitled to them. The High Court ruled. However, the tax authority estimates the amounts obtained illegally at additional billions of shekels.
At the end of December, the Tax Authority approved a three-month postponement until March 31 this year in the refund of illegally granted grants and now they will have to return the grants by the set date.
