The tourism company Issta: revenues more than doubled and amounted to NIS 28.8 million in Q3

Posted on Dec 4, 2021 by Ifi Reporter - Dan Bielski

The corona continues to hit the tourism sector all over the world. The closures and restrictions do not contribute to the various tourism companies, including Issta. The tourism company Issta announces in reports in the third quarter of the year that revenues more than doubled and amounted to NIS 28.8 million, compared with NIS 13 million in the corresponding quarter last year.
The corona has obviously hit tourism companies hard, and the question is when will they recover. So in the meantime, we see a jump in Ista's revenues - but of course these numbers are not close to the numbers of NIS 100 million in revenues that the company recorded before the corona.
The company recorded revenues of NIS 22.9 million in the corresponding quarter as a result of real estate revaluations, as well as receipts for participation in expenses due to the Corona epidemic. In the current quarter, it recorded only NIS 2.2 million. Compared to a net profit of NIS 38.4 million in the corresponding quarter last year.
