The American manpower company HireWell has acquired the Israeli ICV - and will establish a development center in Israel. The scope of the transaction, in cash and shares - $ 21 million.
HireWell, based in Chicago, was founded 20 years ago and specializes in recruiting technology. The company, which employs 80 people, has thousands of customers in the United States.

ICV, which specializes in developing artificial intelligence solutions for human resources, was founded by Ran Weiss, Guy Binder and Ron Strinsky. The company began its operations in Israel with an innovative Tinder-style job search app. It then entered the Indian market and moved its operations to the US market in 2020.
ICV's flagship product allows U.S. technology recruiting companies to enter the job requirements in the system and get hundreds of candidates in the most accurate match for the job they were looking for. Of 440 million applicants in North America (USA and Canada).
Matthew Masucci, CEO of HIREWELL: “The human resources field has evolved significantly in the last decade. Yet technology has not yet fundamentally changed the industry. Recruiters are increasingly relying on multiple platforms, most of which are not integrated or have limited functionality, and some actually compete with recruiters instead of supporting them. The ability to combine top-notch recruiters with advanced technology will allow us to be the ideal recruitment partner for companies looking to recruit talent in their field. We are happy and excited to add ICV and its staff to improve the quality of service to our customers and add more services. "
