Hotels in Thailand will allow guests to receive medical advice without leaving their room using Israeli Taito devices

A new collaboration between Thailand's leading private hospital chain Samitivej Hospitals and the leading hotels in the country will allow hotel guests to receive medical advice and get infected without leaving their room using Israeli Taito devices. The move was made as part of strengthening the health system in Thailand with the opening of the country to the entry of tourists. The devices will allow tourists in hotels who feel unwell to be examined remotely by a doctor from the hospital and to receive an accurate diagnosis and, if necessary, a prescription for medication.
At the end of the initial examination, the device remains in the patient's room in the hotel and can continue to examine itself according to precise instructions and be monitored by the doctor until he recovers. Tyto Care assessments combine the ability to perform a wide range of remote tests along with an artificial intelligence-based system that guides the patient on how to perform the test correctly and allows the remote physician to reach an accurate diagnosis, as part of a video call with the patient on Tieto's platform. Among the tests performed by the device are listening to the lungs and heart, monitoring the level of oxygen in the blood, fever and pulse, tests of the throat, ears, skin and more.

Taito devices are currently used in most health funds and hospitals in Israel, as well as in more than 150 hospitals, insurers and health organizations in the US, Europe and other places in the world and serve hundreds of thousands of patients. And so they can get a diagnosis and treatment from their HMO doctors in Hebrew.
