IAI will convert four B777-300ER passenger aircraft to a B777-300ERSF cargo configuration - for the Emirates

IAI has signed an agreement to convert four B777-300ER passenger aircraft to a B777-300ERSF cargo configuration - for Emirates as part of the Dubai Air Show. The planes will be redirected to the conversion site to be set up at the Etihad MRO Center in Abu Dhabi. The first aircraft is expected to enter conversion in April 2023, and the agreement holds future potential for dozens of additional conversions of passenger aircraft to cargo configuration.
Emirates, the national airline of the UAE, is the largest and most significant of the airlines in the region operating the B777-300ER. The signing of the agreement with it is further evidence of the strengthening of IAI's ties with the United Arab Emirates.
