The Fox Group and the credit company MAX have signed an agreement to extend the non-bank credit card club Dream Card VIP, until July 2033.
Under the new agreement, cardholders will receive a 15% accrual that can be redeemed at 15 Fox Group brands including Fox, Fox Home, Amirek Eagle, Potlocker, Mango, Lalin, Terminal X and more. The sports brand Nike and the clothing brand Sacks are not included in the Dream Card club.
Fox and MAX first launched the partnership in January 2018. The club includes financial activities such as the issuance of non-bank credit cards issued by MAX.
Among other things, the new agreement abolishes MAX's right to terminate the agreement if there is no minimum number of active tickets after four and a half years from the date of the club's launch.
The new agreement sets out the engagement period and settlement mechanism between the parties, from July 2028 onwards: If the club meets a minimum target of a number of active tickets by the end of 2027 the agreement will be extended until July 2033, and Fox will be entitled to its proportional share (50%). No less than the current minimum annual amount set at over NIS 20 million (the minimum amount in the original agreement was NIS 20 million). If the club does not meet the target set for 2027 in terms of recruiting active club members, but does meet the profit targets set by the parties, the agreement will be extended until July 2033 and Fox will be entitled to profit sharing without guaranteeing a minimum annual amount.
