In addition, the plan stipulates a residential area of approximately 1.9 dunams, and north of it an open public area of approximately 300 square meters.
The construction includes the demolition of 3 existing 5-story buildings, including 27 housing units, and the construction of 2 new residential buildings. One building with a reference to Pesach Hebron Street, 10 floors - above street level, a second building facing north, with an entrance from Tor Sinai Street, 6 floors. Also, shared parking lots are planned underground.
The plan allocates a built-up area on the ground floors for a 130-square-meter kindergarten, with an adjacent 175-square-meter courtyard. In addition, a built-up area of 150 square meters - for the use of social and community needs.
The Mayor of Jerusalem, Moshe Leon: "The Jerusalem Municipality is working to increase the number of housing units in the city, through new construction and the promotion of urban renewal projects for all sectors. Urban renewal projects enable land use, while benefiting residents.
