A huge fire broke out on Saturday in the Z Center shopping complex in Qalansawa in Sharon. Many firefighters rushed to the scene but found it difficult to reach the compound due to congestion. Following this, Taibeh police officers began assisting additional police forces and a fire and rescue organization in evacuating the two-story shopping complex that caught fire, when shortly after the evacuation began, the top floor of the complex collapsed. No trapped or injured were reported.
Extinguishing efforts at this time are concentrating on external extinguishing for fear of the building collapsing and the presence of gas cylinders on the first floor that are completely burning. In addition, forces are isolating the area and preventing the fire front from spreading towards a gas charge located on the eastern side of the building.
Fire and Rescue Commissioner Rabbi Tafser Dedi Simchi said that "the fire started around 13:00. At the moment, 25 fire crews are working at the site. It is claimed that construction work is the one that caused the fire, there are currently no reports of casualties. In all areas, otherwise it will be the result. "
