Tami 4 announced: In the coming weeks it will replace the reusable gauze tank for the water bar

Posted on Sep 10, 2021 by Ifi Reporter - Dan Bielski

Tami 4 announced this morning (Friday) to its customers that in the coming weeks it will replace the reusable gauze tank for the water bar, following fears of a technical failure that could cause a "powerful release of the tank valve." The company also asked customers not to make any use of these containers until they are emptied.

These are containers that were delivered between June 27 and yesterday - September 9.
According to the company, the fault was discovered following three cases in which customers reported gas discharge from the tank, and that the source of the failure was in the pressure valves of the tanks. It was further alleged that the defective gas containers were obtained from the quality supplier.
In the urgent appeal to customers, it was stated that: "We mention that your gauze containers should not be used and replaced until new containers are received. These containers should be stored in a closed place away from household members. Please note that the use of all water bar functions can continue. In the carbonated water with the tank inside the device itself. "
It was further emphasized that the announcement is relevant to customers who have a "tami4bubbleX" and "tami4bubbleBar" device with reusable containers. The same customers received 4 messages from Asamas and by email. It was also clarified that "the water bar is completely safe to use and all functions can be used including the use of carbonated water with the tank inside the device".
