Aerobotics has completed its IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange

Aerobotics has announced that it has completed its IPO on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. The company raised NIS 21 million, at a value of NIS 100 million before the money. At the beginning of the year, the Autonomous Skimmers Company planned to raise NIS 240 million, but the plan did not succeed. Now the company has nevertheless decided to complete the raising, as stated at a value of NIS 100 million.
In recent weeks, Aerobotics noted, the company has implemented a streamlining move that gives it breathing space without compromising on meeting targets, while continuing to support existing and new customers.
Just last week, Aerobotics announced its entry into the renewable energy market in the form of signing a memorandum of understanding with Solar Drone, a company engaged in solar field optimization.
Under the emerging agreement, the company is expected to post revenue of at least $ 10 million, over three years.
Major shareholders include the independent investment firm of the Singapore government Tamsk and the OurCrowd Fund, which is a global investment platform set up and managed by John Medved. The company employs 81 people and is headquartered in Petah Tikva. The company's revenue in 2020 was $ 1.6 million, and the loss was $ 14.3 million.
