Opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu plans to fly in the coming days for a two-week private vacation in the United States

Opposition leader Benjamin Netanyahu plans to fly in the coming days for a two-week private vacation in the United States. This will be Netanyahu and his wife's first vacation since the change of government, and he will take off despite the recommendation not to fly abroad and despite the fact that returnees from the United States must be fully isolated for a week.
Against the background of the rise in morbidity and the fear of variants from abroad, Prime Minister Naftali Bennett last month advised all Israelis not to fly abroad. Since then, a number of government ministers have paid working visits abroad - Tourism Minister Yoel Rezbozov and Aliyah and Absorption Minister Pnina Temano Sheta have traveled to Paris, and Foreign Minister Yair Lapid is now in Morocco on his first official visit since renewed relations between the two countries.
The opposition leader's office said that "Netanyahu and his wife Sarah are planning to go on a private vacation in the United States in the coming days in accordance with the guidelines and according to all the rules."
