Even Caesar's revenues grew by 65% ​​in the second quarter of 2021, compared to the same quarter in 2020, and by 12% compared to the first quarter of 2021, and amounted to $ 163 million.
The increase is partly due to the acquisition of the American distribution company Omicron in January 2021 and the acquisition of the Indian porcelain products manufacturer Lioli in October 2020. Both acquisitions contributed $ 21 million to sales in the last quarter, so after deducting the acquisitions, Ibn Caesar showed 43% organic growth in the last 2020s. .
The company's main growth engine in the second quarter of 2021 was the US market, which grew by 87% in the past quarter compared to the same period in 2020, to a level of $ 78 million.
Yuval Dagim, CEO of Even Caesar, explains that the acquisition of the distribution company Omicron added 17 sales and service centers that contributed to the company's sales and improved its service. Even Caesar also increased sales to the IKEA chain, and doubled sales to the Home Depo chain.
