ZoomInfo acquires the Israeli start-up company Chorus.ai for $ 575 million

The business intelligence company ZoomInfo acquires the Israeli start-up company Chorus.ai for $ 575 million (assets and liabilities). Chorus.ai has developed a system that analyzes sales calls using artificial intelligence. The financing of the transaction includes a tax benefit of approximately $ 100 million and at the same time the buyer will receive financing of approximately $ 500 million to complete the purchase.
The acquisition is expected to lead to significant growth, increase the company's operating profits and positive cash flow as early as the second half of 2022.
