CEO of the largest fund in Israel, Clalit Prof. Ehud Dodson announces his resignation

A day after a new CEO of Maccabi Health Services was elected, the CEO of the largest fund in Israel, Clalit, announces his resignation. Prof. Ehud Dodson announced today (Thursday) his retirement after three years in office.
Dodson reached retirement age a few months ago, but was supposed to remain in the job for a few more months from now, until a replacement is found. His announcement was received today by surprise in the health system.
The fund's chairman, Yohanan Locker, will head the search committee to find a new CEO, which will also include retired judge Salim Jubran and CPA Ronit Zalman Malach.
Clalit said that "the board of directors thanked Prof. Dodson for his many years of service at Clalit. In the past year, Prof. Dodson has successfully led Clalit to impressive achievements in the fight against Corona. A leadership that has won praise in Israel and around the world."
