The trains will now operate on Saturdays until late in the evening, after their operating hours have been reduced due to security tensions in Israel. During the week, the operating hours on the Haifa Hof Hacarmel-Carmiel line will be extended, until 23:00, instead of the current 22:00.
The operating hours on the Tel Aviv Savidor Center-Beit Shemesh line will be extended from Sunday to Thursday until 23:00, instead of the current 21:00. Due to the extension of operating hours, the train from Beit Shemesh will be five minutes early, departing at 21:50. This line will also return to activity on Fridays, between the hours of 06: 00–14: 00, and on Saturday evenings between the hours of 21: 00–23: 00, with the frequency of one train per hour, in each direction.
In addition, the Herzliya-Jerusalem high-speed train line will resume operations on Saturday. The line will operate with a frequency of one train per hour, in each direction, between the hours of 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
