One Technologies posted record first-quarter results - Matrix revenues rose by 13.8% to NIS 1.1 billion

Posted on May 12, 2021 by Ifi Reporter - Dan Bielski

One Technologies posted record first-quarter results after completing its Taldor acquisition this February. Revenues for the quarter grew by 52% to NIS 657 million and net profit increased by 70% to NIS 35 million.
The consolidation of Taldor results naturally led to an increase in revenue and profit in the quarter, but its organic growth was recorded in all operating segments, continuing the growth of 2020.
Even after deducting Taldor results, Van Technologies presented a successful quarter. Its assets grew by about 22% to about NIS 525 million. One's gross profit for the quarter, without the effect of the acquisition of Taldor, increased by 12% to NIS 82 million. One's operating profit in the quarter, without the effect of the acquisition of Taldor, increased by about 20% to NIS 37 million, while Van's net profit, without the effect of the acquisition of Taldor, increased by about 31% to approximately NIS 26.9 million.
It was also a successful quarter for the Matrix. Although its revenues grew at a more moderate rate than those of one, even without Taldor, they rose by 13.8% to NIS 1.1 billion; But the company under the management of Moti Gutman recorded a 28% increase in net profit, which amounted to NIS 55.1 million. The improvement in profitability, despite the continued upward trend in wages in the software sector, was due, among other things, to an increase in the volume of activity and operating savings as a result of the transition to hybrid labor and an increase in labor productivity.
One rose 5.5% today - the third highest-rise stock in the Tel Aviv 125 index; and Matrix climbed 4.1%. The market value of Van is NIS 3.09 billion, and of Matrix - about NIS 5.31 billion.
