Technology giant Matrix has decided to strengthen its expertise in the field of technological medicine by acquiring 75% of the shares of the Israeli company Medi Software for an estimated amount of several million dollars. After the merger, the acquired company will change its name to Matrix Medika.
Medi Software specializes in providing end-to-end supervision of companies in the medical field - from characterization, engineering and development, to obtaining FDA approvals to European standardization certificates (CE).
