Vitanya will acquire from the Landa Group half of all the rights and obligations in a Science Campus in Ness Ziona

A private company owned by businessman Benny Landa has signed an agreement with Vitanya for a combination sale of an employment center, offices, laboratories and thousands of parking spaces on an area of ​​14 dunams in the Science Campus in Ness Ziona, near the building where Landa founded the digital printing company Indigo. In the real estate industry, the value of the planned project on the site is estimated at NIS 500 million.
Vitanya will acquire from the Landa Group half of all the rights and obligations in the land, including existing building rights in Phase A of the project and future building rights that will be allocated on the site. Vitanya and Landa will jointly build a project with areas of 38,000 square meters, which include offices, laboratories and production halls, and two parking basements and other uses with a total area of ​​24,000 square meters.
The two companies will hold the structure jointly under a sharing agreement. The construction management will be carried out by SGS, one of the controlling owners of Whitanya, and the Landa Group will lease 1,000 square meters of office space, about 8,000 square meters of laboratory space, about 4,800 square meters of production space, about 1,500 square meters of balconies and patios and more. -200 parking spaces. The lease period is for 15 years, with an option to extend for another 10 years in two periods. The rest of the areas will be rented on the free market.
