Brothers Limor Katz, Aviad and Oren Raz, owners of the startup company Upstep, signed an agreement with Tal Brody to promote the company's activities in large companies in the US, including the NBA, the US military and more.

Upstep is an advanced insole manufacturing company, established in 2017 after two and a half years of research and development. During the three years of operation in the American market, the company has, she says, become the No. 1 online medical authority in the United States for the treatment of leg pain. Upstep recently established a new factory in Israel for the production of insoles, adjacent to the factory that was established about 3 years ago with an investment of NIS 5 million.
Ordering the insole is done through a friendly web interface. The client fills out a detailed questionnaire about his lifestyle and medical issues and the field in which he needs an insole and receives a treadmill at home, drowns his feet and sends to the factory, where expert podiatrists fit a custom insole for him. After about a month, the customer receives the insole for his home.
Limor Katz, CEO of the company: "Following the fact that during the company's 3 years of operation in the US, Upstep has become the number one online medical authority in the US in the field of insoles, we decided to recruit Tal Brody and leverage his US connections among giant companies, insurance companies. Jewish organizations and sports associations Upstep recently invested NIS 2 million in expanding the company's logistics center in New Jersey in the United States. In 2020, the company increased its sales by more than 100% and is in the process of growing and expanding operations throughout the United States.
