The program will host executives from high-tech companies who will talk about ways to integrate into development positions, as well as hold personal meetings depending on the background and skills of each of the participants.
The Hershkovitz Foundation, one of the founders of W2W: "In recent years, the proportion of women working in high-tech positions, including senior executives and entrepreneurs, has increased. In the program, we will help integrate women in these positions in the leading companies in the country. "
