The improvement in morbidity data continues. The Ministry of Health announced that yesterday 2,331 new verifications were diagnosed for Corona, out of 65,036 test results obtained. This means - the percentage of positive tests according to the Ministry of Health - 3.7%.
The hospitals hospitalize 708 patients whose condition is defined as severe - a decrease of 5 patients in 24 hours.
In terms of vaccines, the number of vaccinated in the first dose is 4.96 million and in the second dose - 3.8 million vaccinated. A total of 53% of the population in Israel was vaccinated in at least the first dose and 41% in the second dose.
