Data from the Ministry of Health, as of February 11, reveal that only 1.17% of those who received a vaccine against corona became infected with the virus after the first or second dose of the vaccine, and in total there are 43,871 people. According to the data, after the second vaccination, a significant decrease in the number of vaccinated people infected with the virus was observed.
Only 11% of them became infected after receiving the second vaccine, 10%, about 462 people, became infected after more than two weeks of receiving the second dose. Also of all those infected after being vaccinated 93.5% were patients in a very mild condition and continued treatment in the community, 1% of the patients were in a mild condition, 1% in a moderate condition, 2.5% were in a critical condition, 0.5% were in a critical condition and 1.5% died.
35% of all vaccinated people who were infected were aged 60 and over. However, their relative proportion of all patients increases as the medical condition worsens: they accounted for 96% of the deaths; 83% of patients are critical; 84% of patients are severe; 77% of patients are moderate; 70% of patients are mild. Only 32% of those hospitalized in the community were over the age of 60.
18% of those aged 60 and over became infected after the second dose of the vaccine, compared with only 7% of those aged 60 and under. According to the data, most of the morbidity occurred between the first and second vaccines. 86% of those aged 60 and over were in critical condition, 86% in severe condition, 88% in moderate condition and 80% of patients in mild condition - became ill after receiving the first dose and had not yet received the second dose of the vaccine.
This pattern is repeated at high rates even at the age of under 60: 93% of patients under the age of 60 developed between the first and second doses. Also 92% of the deceased died between the first and second dose. Between the first and second dose, 92% of the critical patients, 92% of the patients were severe, 95% of the patients were moderate, 91% of the patients were mild and 93% of the patients were very mild. Of those who were under the age of 60 and fell ill after the second dose, two were dead and three were in critical condition, but all in the period of less than two weeks since receiving the vaccine. In a period of more than two weeks since receiving the second dose, one severe patient, one moderate patient and one mild patient were detected.
Since the vaccines began, 660 vaccinated people have died from corona. 96% of the deceased were over the age of 60; 86% of those aged 60 and over died after the first vaccination; 14% after the second vaccination. Of those who died after the second vaccine, 4% died after more than two weeks from the date of vaccination.
Only 2% of vaccinated people aged 60 and under were hospitalized or died of corona after the first dose, compared with 16% among those over 60
