The American information security giant MacAfee is closing its R&D center in Israel, located in Tel Aviv. Company employees have been notified of the intention to close the center soon, and dozens of its employees will be fired. McAfee was issued in 2020 on the Nasdaq and is currently traded at a market value of about $ 7.7 billion. The company raised $ 740 million in the IPO in October last year.
