IAI won three tenders, totaling about $ 50 million in South Korea

IAI's Aviation Division has won three tenders, totaling about $ 50 million, in the field of aircraft improvements in South Korea. Winning tenders over the past year includes improving systems on three different aircraft, which are in the service of the Korean Air Force.
IAI is a center of knowledge in the field of aircraft improvements. The process of improving avionics in aircraft includes the conversion of old aircraft, replacing part or all of the aircraft's old avionics system with new and advanced systems. IAI's VP of Aviation and Director of Aviation, Yossi Melamed: "The recent wins in tenders in South Korea are a clear expression of the Korean Ministry of Defense's trust in IAI. "The aviation division has set itself the goal of expanding its operations in South Korea, both as a supplier and as a customer - only recently have we moved the wing production line of the G280 executive aircraft to South Korea, and we anticipate further deals and collaborations in the aviation field."
IAI's Aviation Division is Israel's airport, consolidating all operations in manned aircraft: maintenance (MRO), executive aircraft, conversion of passenger aircraft to cargo, assemblies and aviation structures, aircraft improvements and more.
IAI is a center of national and global technological knowledge in the fields of air defense, radars, satellites, unmanned aerial vehicles, civil aviation and cyber.
