The government has approved an outline performances in open venues that can take place immediately. This, in accordance with an agreement with the Prime Minister and the Ministers of Health and Culture.

According to the approved outline, the performances will take place in the form of capsules that will hold up to 20 people. Events with a capacity of up to 500 people will be held with the approval of the Director General of Culture and Sports. Events with a capacity of over 500 people will be held with the approval of the Director General of the Ministry of Health and the Director General of the Ministry of Culture and Sports. Also, the shows will take place in accordance with the guidelines of the "purple character" and according to the guidelines of the Ministry of Health.
In addition to the general guidelines for all public places, including wearing a mask and measuring heat, open-air cultural complexes will be in groups of up to 20 people, according to the following detail: Each capsule will be bounded by stable partitions that cannot be crossed ; A performance will take place only seated in marked chairs.
