Computer failure prevents the Transportation Ministry from providing service to drivers

Posted on Jul 23, 2019 by Ifi Reporter

Computer failure prevents the Transportation Ministry from providing service to drivers. According to the Ministry of Transport's announcement, "there will be no reception at all the branches of the Licensing Office in the country, until further notice, and no licensing is possible at the post offices, And at the call center. "
It is also noted that in view of the problem, it is not possible to issue driver and vehicle licenses at the post offices and online services of the Ministry of Transport, and ownership of a vehicle can not be transferred. On the other hand, practical tests for vehicles in the licensing centers are carried out as usual.
Until the repair is corrected, it is recommended to check whether the desired service can be obtained on the Ministry of Transport website, in the automated service stations, at the post offices and at the call center.
