IAI to Award Bonuses to 14,000 Employees After Record Profits

Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) will grant bonuses to approximately 14,000 employees following a year of record financial performance, the company announced after reaching an agreement with workers’ representatives.
Each employee will receive a flat bonus of NIS 6,555 in the coming days, ahead of the Passover, under a deal agreed between CEO Boaz Levy and workers’ committee chairman Yair Katz. The agreement was approved by the head of the Government Companies Authority, Roy Kahlon.
Bonuses Reflect Record $712 Million Net Profit
The bonus distribution reflects approximately 10% of IAI’s 2025 net profit, which reached a record $712 million, alongside annual revenues of $7.4 billion.
As a state-owned company, IAI is also expected to transfer 50% of its net profit as dividends to the Israeli government.
In addition to the uniform payment, IAI plans to distribute differential bonuses after Passover, based on individual performance and achievement of targets, subject to managerial evaluations.
Last year, the maximum differential bonus reached approximately NIS 15,000, and industry estimates suggest the ceiling could be higher this year.
According to Katz, priority for these bonuses will be given to employees who continued working during the ongoing war.
Total Bonus Pool Estimated at NIS 210 Million
The total value of bonuses to be distributed across IAI and its subsidiary Elta Systems is estimated at approximately NIS 210 million.
The move underscores the company’s strong financial performance and highlights efforts to reward employees amid heightened operational demands during the war period.
