Teva wants to sell cannabis oils produced by "Tikun Olam" and will brand them under its name

Avinoam Sapir, CEO of the cannabis company Tikun Olam, returns to cooperate with Teva Israel, which he managed for 7 years. Following the report, Tikun Olam, which is worth NIS 146 million on the stock exchange, is soaring by about 15%.
"There is an important and essential statement of nature here," says Sapir. "Near Paracetamol and Optalgin, Teva wants to sell cannabis oils. Teva wants to build another active leg and has chosen us after extensive research from all the cannabis companies so that we can grow and cultivate the cannabis for its production of oils."
Sapir: "Teva will brand them under its name. It is different that Teva 'enters' a doctor or pharmacist, than a cannabis company will try to talk to them. Teva will receive much greater cooperation from the professional bodies. This is a professional statement that it no longer hides from the cannabis field."
"We already have an agreement in Germany so we could not grant it exclusivity. Ukraine is really close to making a decision in this area. This is a strategic deal that will accompany a world repair similar to our other agreements, for example with Solgar-SupHerb for cannabis-based food supplements; "Raw for the pharma industry; and the agreement with the cosmetics company Ahava, for the development of Dead Sea mineral-based products combined with CBD."
"Teva would not enter into an agreement for a few million dollars. We grow, produce and sell to them - and they will distribute for us. In the beginning, the level of risk is on their shoulders, but when the market opens it will be different.
According to Yossi Ofek, CEO of Teva Israel and Eshkol of African, Middle Eastern and Ukrainian countries, "Our mission in nature is to improve the lives of patients, and there is no doubt that medical cannabis oils, which are researched and produced by World-Cannabis Repair, meet our high quality and safety standards. In nature, they will help us with that. "Ofek added that the field of medical cannabis is developing and professionalizing in Israel at a dizzying pace, and there is a growing openness towards it in the world as well. "It is now clear to many in the pharma industry and the medical community that the use of oils extracted from certain cannabis strains may provide additional treatment options and address the unmet medical needs of patients."
