The yes workers' committee has signed a new collective agreement with the company's management. The collective agreement is valid for the next three years, until 2024, and includes benefits such as salary increases and fixed annual bonuses, a summary according to which the minimum wage will be 7% higher than stipulated by law, free dental insurance and more. The cost of the terms and additions achieved by the employees in the agreement amounts to NIS 55 million for all three years - in addition to those achieved in the previous agreement, the cost of which was not disclosed.
The 1,150 yes employees are represented by the Histadrut management, and the committee's chairman, Eli Cohen. Negotiations on the terms.
