8 people were killed in a serious road accident on Route 90 in a clash between two vehicles. The eighgt, 6 children and 2 adults were trapped among the remains of the burning vehicle, and firefighters who arrived at the scene began rescue operations.

Two of the passengers in the second vehicle, a 40-year-old woman was moderately injured in the limbs, and a 15-year-old girl was moderately injured in the head. They are treated on the spot and evacuated by helicopter to Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva.

Senior MDA paramedic Sarah Israeli and MDA paramedic Amiram Mualem said: "This is a shocking accident, when we arrived at the area, we noticed two vehicles on the road, one of them was on fire and full of passengers. In the second vehicle, a woman of 52 and a girl of about 12, who were moderately injured. After initial treatment, we took them to an MDA helicopter that landed near them and evacuated them to Soroka Hospital, suffering from injuries in the head and limbs. Was treated and evacuated in our ambulance to Soroka Hospital. The firefighters rescued the passengers, adults and children, with no signs and we can only determine their death. "
