Dov Harpaz Honored for 40 Years of Innovation in Israeli Industry

At a special ceremony held at the office of the President of the Association of Manufacturers, Dr. Ron Tomer, veteran industrialist Dov Harpaz was awarded a certificate of appreciation for his unique and longstanding contribution to Israeli industry. The occasion also marked the 40th anniversary of CPC SOLUTIONS, the advanced electronics company Harpaz founded in 1985.

Dr. Tomer praised Harpaz’s impact on the development of Israel’s high-tech and advanced manufacturing sectors.

“Dov Harpaz’s work constitutes a true milestone in the history of Israeli industry,” Tomer said. “His contributions have helped lay the foundations for our most advanced sectors — from defense and aerospace to medicine and beyond.”

He emphasized that Harpaz's leadership and technological vision have been instrumental in delivering advanced solutions that strengthened Israel’s national security infrastructure and helped safeguard the lives of its citizens.

From Living Room Startup to National Industrial Leader

Accepting the award, Dov Harpaz was joined by his wife Malka Harpaz, sons Aviv and Barak Harpaz, and CPC CEO Rotem Chaimzon. In a heartfelt speech, Harpaz recounted his journey — from launching a modest venture in the living room of his home four decades ago, to establishing a major industrial enterprise.

Today, CPC SOLUTIONS operates two advanced factories in Yokneam and Karmiel, offering a full suite of development and production capabilities — a unique integration in Israel’s electronics industry.

“This recognition is not just for me,” Harpaz said, “but for all the dedicated people who have walked this journey with me, building something meaningful and lasting.”
